Pros: Great TV for gaming, especially with "gaming mode" enabled. I play CoD4 on the XBox 360, and this TV is awesome! My scores have increased over the scores I was getting with my 32 inch. Great all around TV for viewing HD shows, gaming, etc.

Cons: None, except you have to install stand; takes about 5 minutes.
