Pros: They work pretty much as advertised. I bought 5 for a 4 disk array (1 as a spare.) For a ready nas 2100. They hot swapped wonderfully. 1 was bad out of box and they took care of me. Quite pleased.

Cons: None really.

Overall Review: Wish I had done this long ago.
