CORSAIR Flash Voyager 128GB Slider X2 USB Flash Drive Model CMFSL3X2-128GB

5 out of 5 eggs Small and very fast USB 3 Read speeds 06/08/2015

This review is from: CORSAIR Flash Voyager 128GB Slider X2 USB Flash Drive Model CMFSL3X2-128GB

Pros: Corsair's X2Slider is smaller, faster, huge 128mb storage drive and more aesthetically pleasing than even Corsair x slider.USB read speeds average over 150 mb/s on all but very small files.Write speeds are, well not quite up to stated specs are still very good on large file writes.

The casing is sturdy and the activity light is a soft blue glow ,which is a big improvement over a bright led or no light on some usb sticks

Formatted fat32 119 gb after formatting ,which is a true unformatted 128gb.

USB 2.0 speed is steady and fast for the standard, both read speed
in the mid 20s mb/s and write speed in the teens with all but the tiniest file.

Cons: I can't find a con but i thought the benchmark on write speed under usb 3 would be a bit faster.

Other Thoughts: My Asus motherboard has usb boost and it quickly recognized Corsair x2 slider and auto/switched to turbo mode.Cpu is a fx 8350 8gb ram and samsung ssd boot drive.I ran flash bench and averaged 6 test for speed .Below are my read/write averages per file size. Thanks to Newegg and Corsair for an Eggcellent flash drive!

Rosewill RHTO-13001 6 Slice Black Toaster Oven Broiler with Drip Pan
  • Owned For: more than 1 year

5 out of 5 eggs Over 2 years and the oven is the greatest 05/19/2015

This review is from: Rosewill RHTO-13001 6 Slice Black Toaster Oven Broiler with Drip Pan

Pros: Big Big Big ,will cook a 10lb turkey a 12 inch pizza. We use it in place of our regular oven.It never let us down.So good i just bought another.

Cons: I never found a con,but i think in 2013 mine didnt not come with the broiling drip pan.

Other Thoughts: The 12 pizza pan is awesome and the square bake pan is big and perfect size for this oven.TIP: buy a 12in round cake pan ,it fits perfect and takes the place of 2- 9in rounds or a 13 by 9 for cakes. Here in South Florida ,anytime you do not have to fire up your regular oven ..the better. This huge toaster oven saved us tons of money and just a guess but pays for itself in a couple months in electric savings ,We only use our regular oven a few times a year .The Rosewill works and cooks better and keeps our house cooler.Just perfect!!!

5 out of 5 eggs Perfect upgrade for a Sata 2 laptop 05/14/2015

This review is from: Corsair Force LS CSSD-F120GBLSB 2.5" 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Pros: Plug and Play in Windows 7 just swap out your old hard drive and slide the windows 7 dvd in the dvd drive and you have a 4 year upgraded laptop
120 gb is plenty space for the os and all my productivity programs ,pics & docs plus several thousand mp3s.Office 2007,adobe cs2 and several others and this 120gb drive is only half full.

Cons: The Corsair toolbox is ok ,It does have a clone function but since i wanted a fresh install I didnt try this helpful feature out.

Other Thoughts: Packed well for shipping ,out of the box got a wei of 6.6 once you update windows 7 to sp1 the wei score went up to 7.0.Not bad for a Sata 2 controller and ide mode. The speed increase over a wd blue 5400rpm is like night & day 24/7.

My sons $1500 laptop is no match with my new Corsair ssd
