Looking good
Pros: Well built, nice cabling, hybrid button, and on/off switch
Cons: Not many...though I didn't see any screws for the PSU in my box. I used the ones with my case so it didn't matter.
Not so great refurb
Pros: sleek and good looking
Cons: -Poor contrast compared to new -Poor brightness compared to new
Overall Review: I went through two of these because they do not match my 2 year old MX239h's that I bought new. The contrast and brightness is off to the point that I don't even want to have the third monitor. It's distracting and a strain on my eyes. Newegg customer support was superb though and despite getting a replacement that I eventually returned, this has cost my nothing other than my time.
Great monitor
Pros: Sharp picture, very accurate colors, excellent viewing angle (basically what you expect from an IPS). Speakers built in are nice convenience but by no means amazing. Similar to laptop speakers. Control buttons are hidden underneath front and touch sensitive.
Cons: Response rate at first seemed poor - like scrolling through websites or whatever you could notice the refresh rate lag but I can honestly say I do not notice any longer and would take the sharp picture that's easy on the eyes over a monitor less sharp and clear with faster refresh.
