iStarUSA D-4-B350PL Black Steel Server Case 3 External 5.25" Drive Bays
iStarUSA D-4-B350PL Black Steel Server Case 3 External 5.25" Drive Bays

Pros: The case is sturdy and well built. The HDD racks go in and out easily. I look forward to adding the rest of my components.

Cons: None

I've had better case combo pw supplies

APEVIA ATX-AS520W-BK 520 W ATX Power Supply
APEVIA ATX-AS520W-BK 520 W ATX Power Supply

Pros: Sexy and fits in my Ultra Cube case. UV green sleeving is nice and the black looks good with my black case.

Cons: I've had this one since August and it will turn on just fine if it is cool. When you go to restart your machine it will fail to send the power all the way to the devices or the rest of the motherboard for startup.

Overall Review: Looks sweet, but I have to say that this is a painful wolf in sheeps clothing. Do not buy.

Looks better in person.

Cooler Master COSMOS 1000 RC-1000-KSN1-GP Black/ Silver Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
Cooler Master COSMOS 1000 RC-1000-KSN1-GP Black/ Silver Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: I was skeptical when I saw the pictures. It looked bland and bulky from the pics. I eventually found it to be 100% better looking in person. Brushed aluminum sides, tons of room, nearly toolless, and beautiful outside and inside. The handles help with moving. This case is huge 150-175% the size of my Mac Pro. Moves air great (temps are cool), and it is darn near silent (if it wern't for the lights and hard drive spin up...I wouldn't know it was on).

Cons: My only gripe is that a window isn't preinstalled (I mean the inside of the case leaves room for lots of stuff, and it is beautiful inside.) You can get one at mod places like Xoxide or FrozenCPU.com for a bit of dough.

Overall Review: This was bought with the rest of components at CyberPower for a business simulation modeling setup with Corei7. We needed the three-year all part warranty. CyberPower tailors to gamers, and their cases would be embarrassing in business enviroment, but this case shines. This is my second favorite case, and I build computers often. It is only second to the Mac Pro case (dang I wish I could buy it without the insides....)

Great little drive

WD My Book Essential 2.0 500GB USB 2.0 3.5" External Hard Drive WDH1U5000N
WD My Book Essential 2.0 500GB USB 2.0 3.5" External Hard Drive WDH1U5000N

Pros: Fast and complementary to my black rack server and Antec 900 gaming rig. So far so good *knocks on wood*.

Cons: I've dropped it a few times, and the casing pops off in areas. Easy to snap back. I really hate that this isn't powered via USB, but what should I expect out of a 3.5" drive enclosure. Having to use a power cord made this troublesome to use in my cluster de crape (the cluster of computers, home theater, and TVs).

Overall Review: I recently built a silent low-wattage 4U iStarUSA rack-server with a 5-bay hot-swap SATA array. Easy to plop this baby out and throw it into the mix of other HDDs. Runs cooler than my Segate main drive. I've used this to download bittorrent for over a year. I am impressed by its quality. I <3 Western Digital.

As expected

Fujitronic FR-803 4 Cups 400 W Rice Cooker
Fujitronic FR-803 4 Cups 400 W Rice Cooker

Pros: Cooks a good bowl of rice. Its just a steamer, but it does well. Alot easier than cooking it the old way.

Cons: Have only had for 6 hours.....we'll see.

Works on macbook as well

Kingston 1GB Unbuffered DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) System Specific Memory For Dell Model KTD-INSP6000A/1G
Kingston 1GB Unbuffered DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) System Specific Memory For Dell Model KTD-INSP6000A/1G

Pros: Works on more than just Dells....Works on my Macbook.

Cons: Originally bought for a professor I am an IT for. He had a Dell Precision laptop, and this memory's voltage wouldn't work for the laptop as stated in specs.

Overall Review: One placed in my Macbook....it zoomed.
