This review is from: Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro - 64-bit
Pros: Fast operating system with SSD once you get the hang of it you will not be downgrading to windows 7. I've used many OS and this one won me over, skeptical at first since it had many bugs but with the updates it runs like a champ.
Cons: The only thing I can think is that updates and compatibility with some programs still need a touch and its been a while since it came out but microsoft is slow on it...
Other Thoughts: I've used windows 3.0 Windows NT did used windows 2.0 but for a short of time, from that time to this day there was a improvement in OS, but I would love to see more from microsoft with upgrades for windows 8.1 which to my experience is a must have if you want to keep up with technologyREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: To be honest I was skeptical about quad core cpus from intel, I didn't see myself buying one since I've been working with AMD most of the time. This fella can chew anything that I trow at it it performs faster than my AMD FX 8350 in any possible way. Runs cool and it uses less power which is awesome, Intel has won me over AMD
Cons: I find no cons so far with this cpu, did not include a cooler no biggie for me I'm liquid cooling it, would be nice if it includes a excelent thermal paste with it but appart from that nothing I can add toREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: A trully high end motherboard, tons of features for diagnostic and premium components heck even the packaging is great. It is expensive but you get what you paid for, I've been a user of ASRock motherboards and I did owned yhe 990Fx extreme 9 with a AMD cpu and it was starting to give me some troubles which I choose to change and go for a intel mobo. Alas I wasn't dissapointed the Rampage iv Black Edition is excelent even if Im running it with a i7 4820K cpu, I do a lot of gaming and video rendering plus few more things and everything runs fast and smooth, the OC pannel is nice to have even in "normal" mode looks great in front of the case and it shows that you care for top of the line hardware.
Cons: The only cons I can think of is that first the block on top of the I/O connectors has some weight to it (but it looks aeesome) the OC pannel has a short cable if you have a big case, if you use the OC pannel you will loose one 2.0 usb on board connector(no big deal)READ FULL REVIEW
