Pros: Good storage. Am running two other WD250 and they are quiet and fast. Seems to run cool.

Cons: At times during hard read and write cycles the drive will rattle. I'm not putting anything critical till I see how it goes.

Overall Review: WD diagnostics reports drive is operating fine and passed all tests. Will see.

Pros: Good for everyday computing like surfing and email. Very minimal wear on outside case. Was clean on inside. Don't expect these to be power houses. They are just basic computers.

Cons: Tried to use for HTPC because of small size. Power supply is proprietary. The ones I received were only 230 watt. Could no find a replacement that would fit inside the case because of size and shape. Tried to use Nvidia GT630 card to get the HDMI port but it would occasionally blue screen. Most video cards require a least 300 watts minimum. Also these require a short mounting bracket. Newegg evidently get these from several different vendors as the two I bought came from different ones. Depending which vendor you get one from, they come with different size hard drives.

Overall Review: If you need something for just everyday computing, these should work fine.

Pros: Received email with license code and download. No big deal but download link didn't work so downloaded live installer directly from Eset. Won't be using this till Feb. so hope it works. Have been using Eset products for years with great success. Good protection and easy on system resources

Cons: Download link in email didn't work.

Pros: Bought 3 of these on sale (9/2017 and 3 more 11/2017. All still working fine. Like that it can be used with Echo. Only one took multiple tries to setup.

Cons: Can be a little tricky to set up at first but after the first couple pretty easy. Follow directions exactly.

Pros: Bought two of these computers. One for my daughter to replace an aging XP machine. I use one for a HTPC. The small size is excellent for this purpose. There is not much room in this case and any pci cards added will have to have the short bracket. Also the power supply is pretty much proprietary. Not many power supplies out there that will fit, so if you install a video card check the wattage required for the card. I bumped the ram up to 6Gs and installed a Nvidia GeForce GT630 video card hooked to a Samsung 55 inch TV. Works great with no hiccups. My daughter using the other one for just average computing and has no problems. The ones I bought had smaller hard drives.

Cons: Proprietary power supply. Very compact.

Pros: Nice clean looking case on outside although not fancy. Strictly basic as you would expect for a business model. Computer booted successfully although I had some doubts by the way the box looked. UPS wasn't very gentle with it. Practically threw it onto my front porch. Runs smooth and quiet though. Came without all the preinstalled HP garbage. Machine was originally came preloaded with Vista downgraded to XP according to tags affixed to case. OS media reinstall included.

Cons: Not sure what equates to refurbished but was a little dusty inside. Not dirty but just alot of dust bunnies (can of air would have been nice). Case bigger than I thought. Don't know exactly what constitutes a mini-tower but this thing is about size of a couple of my mid-towers (17 3/4D x 17 1/2H x 7W). Specs state 4G memory, only came with 2G. Was gonna use this to setup a HTPC but not sure if size will be relevant for location.

My package was marked delivered but was no where to be found. I blame this on Fedex's poor customer service. Contacted seller and he determined the package was lost in transit. (I'd say a Fedex employee is using it right now). Anyway seller resent package and was shipped from A...... Although it was late, and not his fault. Seller made it right . Yes I would buy from this seller again. Took one egg off just for the hassle of the shipping snafu.

Other than the long shipping time and sometimes flaky tracking info the product works good. Easy setup and seems too be of good quality. I have six of these now and all work as expected. Price was reasonable compared to similar products.
