Cons: These is a significant dent on the exterior. The shipment box is good, so I believe it is not shipping damage. The manufacture should do more inspection for the products. I tried to file a RMA, but the shipping fee is $16.42 which almost equals to the price. Therefore, I will keep it anyway.

Cons: At first, the video card was displaying a flickering screen while playing videos. Then, it caused a fatal blue screen error in Windows 10. Finally, after just three months, it completely stopped working and the monitor would not boot. Unfortunately, even after sending it for repairs, the problems were not fixed!!! After I received the repaired video card, I plugged in my PC. Then, I found the problems were not fixed: 1. The issue of the screen flickering has not been resolved. 2. During video rendering in DaVinci Resolve 18, my Windows 10 system crashed as a result, sometimes. 3. "On the Acer Arc A770, rendering a 5-minute movie in Davinci Resolve 18 takes 30 minutes, while on my old AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB, the same task only takes 10 minutes." This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I reached out to Tech Support once more and they created a new case for me. They requested that I send the card back to them for a second round of repairs. I asked them how they can guarantee that the issues will be fully resolved this time. They said I need to send it back at the 3rd time.
