Cons: Disk access would "lock-up" in external USB, external firewire, and internal configs w/Win2k. Had to apply KB Q817472 to prevent lock-ups.

Cons: The manual read the unit case dimensions are 86mm x 140mm x 150mm but is much greater than 140mm.
