Pros: EL is just bright enough to easily see keys in the dark. Not too bright (otherwise it would be distracting/blinding) very nice!

Cons: - Keys are not full height. These are half way between normal and laptop keys. A minus to me. - The scroll wheel only seems to work in their software, not actually normal scrolling. - As stated before the "close" button under the arrow keys is enfuriating!!!

Overall Review: It looks like the battery box under the KB is for future design, maybe for a wireless version. THIS UNIT DOES NOT USE BATTERIES.
