MSI GeForce GTX 970 GTX 970 GAMING 4G 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support G-SYNC Support Video Card
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: My main Pro is my old 500 P.S. runs this with NO problems

Cons: The reason for this con there is a test on you tube where they try to find the extra 500 ram that makes this a 4 G This is a very good article Because there is NO 500 extra ram. This card is a 3.5 ram. They did every thing with the best equipment and there is NO 4 G at all to this card. They even did several cards to show the equipment work fine it read exactly the Ram on other cards.

Other Thoughts: It doesn't really bother me because no matter what you do even 4K 3.5 will work fine. If you use 16 G ram. Just a Dishonest Statement.

MSI 970 Gaming AM3+ AMD 970 6 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Own for almost a year with a 6 core and 970 MSI the board has never given me a problem. It blows through all the games.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I see there are a lot of rejects mine had problems at first just reset the Bios by pulling out the battery for 5-10 seconds and then reset the Bios. Many boards have this problem my new 200$ X97 MB had to be reset to Post.

MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti GTX 980TI GAMING 6G 6GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX Video Card
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: I'll take this any day over AMD this uses half the power my 970 runs on a 550 p.s. my 280x needs a 750 to run it wouldn't even run on that 550. MSI is the Best for the Price. And over the Years you will save on all the Juice it takes to run AMD.

Cons: NONE will come down on price some day.

Other Thoughts: The real Deal here is that 2 970's will destroy any V.C. out there for the Price even 980TI can be destroyed for 650$$. And you have 2 card to play with. If one goes out you still have an Extra 970.
