Pros: Well, it works. Got it to replace my Core 2 Duo E8400. Does what it's supposed to.

Cons: Has a warped shell that has questionable contact. May have to lap to repair. Will re-do with silver-based TIM and revise, if it has better contact. Cores 1-2-3 are running 17c hotter at idle than 4. (49-51-51-35c). Using Hyper 212 EVO cooler with 2 fans.

Overall Review: I am happy with it overall. Getting lousy overclock, but not Newegg's fault. I'm running it on a Gigabyte EP43 UD3L mobo, and I guess P45 with DDR3 works better.
