Pros: Playing Skyrim on Ultra.

Cons: After 45 days of use the card sparked and nearly lit my carpet on fire. The next day I tried contacting Zotac and they jerked me around for about 3 days before I actually talked to someone at the company. At which point I had to wait 3 more days for the RMA to get approved, which is today(12/8/11). Now they are telling me that I have to pay more money to ship it to them so they can look at it. It sparked what more is there to look at! Also it seems that they only have 1 kid working there because when I try sales/cust. srv./rma departments it's always that same kid. When I asked why I must pay more money on top of the $350 for THEIR defective product the kid told me he can't answer that question. I will never buy another Zotac product in my life. My brother also got a 550 from them shortly after I got mine and it runs at 80 Celsius. When other cards run at 60 full load.

Overall Review: Im not sending the card. I am going to trash it and buy an ASUS.
