Pros: Works with a TRENDnet TK-401R 4-Port Rack Mount KVM Switch. I previously tried two unknown china brand adapters on this KVM without success. I'm happy to see it function at all. Well made. Not nearly as fragile as the two china adapters I used previously.

Cons: -The mouse responds poorly: it seems jerky and lags slightly behind (slow). Occasionally, the mouse will freak out and move to the upper right-hand portion of the screen and randomly right-click by itself. -Perhaps it looks ugly? -Expensive! The china brand adapters only cost me $1-$2 per.

Overall Review: It seems functional for now.
