Pros: The board is small, well-priced and has a lot of the 'bells and whistles' that are desired in current computing.

Cons: I've had it for several months now and I can't shake the issues... The CD refused to read so i couldn't install basic drivers that the board needed to run properly. I downloaded them with a different PC and installed them manually via a thumb drive. The PC ran painfully slow. For the first couple of weeks, basic search and run operations were WAY slower than they should be. Updating some other drivers and forcing myself to install bloat-ware fixed the speed issue but created another issue... It corrupted my .net framework! ANYTHING that ran via .net framework (3.0 and up if I remember) REFUSED to run. I wound up having to reinstall my OS and start from scratch to fix the issue. This time I didn't install some certain drivers and it fixed the issue and everything ran smoothly. UNTIL... about 1 month into running, I began experiencing odd bluescreens. In particular one that went completely blue and then stated "There is a problem with the motherboard. Please contact the MFG." The PC will run beautifully some days and terribly other days. The one thing that true sticks out to me though, is that the system clock will constantly reset itself to previous times. It might not seem like anything bad but a lot of stuff runs off of your system time. And it's not the MOBO battery. I replaced it. Still having the same problem. The time will actually RESET WHILE THE PC IS RUNNING THE OS! And the time being off from what the correct time is will increase the chance of it blue-screening. Having read through other experiences with their tech support and read through my warranty, I'm not even trying to get it replaced, refunded etc. I'm aggravated that I dropped money on something that had such high ratings and looked VERY promising only to get such a defective piece of hardware. I would NOT recommend this board and DO NOT recommend it to any of my clients.

Overall Review: I've replaced everything in my PC with the exception of the PSU.

Pros: Comfortable. Clear sound. Fair range. Good Mic. Mic Mute Light Indicator Good Drivers

Cons: Wear/Tear easily. Constant Reconnection and interference Microwave being turned on anywhere in home forced this to disconnect. Power port snapped and won't charge now. Have to buy a replacement.

Overall Review: Wish I had of gotten something else. Received this as a Christmas Gift from the wife.

Pros: Fast Quiet (more so than my 9800) cool (more so than my 9800)

Cons: Two 8-pin plugs and the MFG included a molex to 6pin adapter?? Not sure what's up with that... I have had stability issues since I installed the card. Randomly my screen will go black, I'm still getting video input on my monitor but it's completely blank. Randomly the screen will freeze and small white boxes would appear all over the screen. I have had BSOD twice now. Lots of system restarts and crashes. Not good!

Overall Review: I have sent the MFG support an email. If you would like to see the MFGs response, please email me at vskwidd@cox.net. I plan to try to return the card and get a replacement as I'm certain that this one is just a lemon. Palit is an excellent MFG and I trust them. I will contact newegg to see if I can request a replacement shortly.
