Pros: I really like how well made this unit appears to be. All the seams fit and the HDD fits snugly inside. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Pros: The product was made by Samsung so I assumed it would be a quality item. I was terribly wrong.

Cons: Memory does not work in my computer..Order placed 12/9/2015 and received 12/28/2015. Item was promised in 8-15 days. I tried to contact the seller but noone ever answered by 3 inquiries.

Pros: Nice size phone with adequate features for my low end and infrequent use. I was looking forward to a long term relationship with this phone.

Cons: The sound was terrible. At mid range or below it was like putting the phone on mute. At the upper range, the sound was full of crackles and spurts.

Overall Review: I was really looking forward to using this phone. I am a small time user of phone calls and texting and don't have the need for much data use. By the specs, this phone was the answer to my needs. Unfortunately, the phone I received had defective sound so I returned it. I have not yet sought out a replacement.

I placed my order 10 days ago and it's still in China. Never again. Thanks NewEgg!
