Works with Linux Mint 16
Pros: Installed on my linux mint 16 desktop. Didn't need to hunt for drivers, linux automatically found everything. Was up and running in under 1 minute. Price is another plus.
Cons: Only comes up as 100mps in Linux Mint. Not the NIC cards fault. Rosewill has a linux driver on their website that would probably fix this. I may try it out later but for now i'm leaving it as is.
Ok, but short cords.
Pros: The price is good. Its cooling fan is fairly quiet. Plenty of connectors.
Cons: This thing has some short cords! The external power supply cord is shorter than most other power supplies I have used. Nothing major but worth mentioning. The internal 24 pin power supply for the motherboard was about half an inch too short! This is on a Micro Atx board with the power supply right next to it! If I flip the power supply upside down it reaches, but then the screw holes to secure the power supply to the case do not line up. Now I have to delay my build another 5 days or so waiting for additional parts! Very annoying. Now I have to spend another $10 on a 24 pin power supply extension. If I would of known this in advance I probly would of just spent a little extra to get a better quality power supply. It feels like the manufacturer is trying to save a few pennies by making these with shorter cords.
Overall Review: This will depend on the orientation of your computer case but on my build in a 2U rack mount case using a Micro-ATX board the 24 pin motherboard power supply was about half an inch too short.
Not impressed
Pros: Has a good amount of space. Able to fit a full size ATX motherboard, Nvidia 770 graphics card, an SSD plus a 2TB 3.5 Hard drive with no problems. The only space issue I ran into was the after-market Coolmaster CPU cooler was too tall (my fault for not checking ahead of time).
Cons: Side case fans have to be slid into place, I had one fan that was too wide to slide into the mounting bracket for the fan. Also if your using a full size ATX motherboard you will have to remove it to replace or upgrade the side case fan on the left side. The power supply gets in the way for the case fan on the right side if you need to switch that one out. After a few months the latch for the front panel that flips down broke. Now the panel doesn't close all the way. Also front facing seems to be stuck on with adhesive. Not a huge deal, I had to take it off and re-apply adhesive to get it to stay in place.
Overall Review: Overall the case is decent. If I had to do it over again I would probably go with something different. The latch for the front panel breaking after a very limited amount of use is very irritating. It does have a good amount of space to it, so I'll give it credit for that.
Good game, Great Price!
Pros: I've been thinking about getting this game since it's release and initial $50 price tag. For this price of $12 you can't go wrong. After putting a couple hours into it I could see paying more for it, its a really fun game. Highly recommend!
Cons: None
