Pros: Installed easily, booted up without any problems, loaded up Windows XP without issues....

Cons: Only one ATA serial port.... and the nightmare trying to get the Realtek Audio drivers to load...wow.

Overall Review: Do yourself a favor: If after loading windows you check and see that the realtek driver did not load, completely remove the Microsoft UAA driver, the realtek drive, go into audio systems and remove both... and delete the UAA driver from the registry (instructions available on line on many different boards). Then, after you;re sure that you;ve gotten rid of these items, re-start, make sure once again that those items are gone (no need to re-load if you have to remove something again at this point)... then load the realtek drivers from the Asus CD. This should do the trick... upon restart, the UAA driver will probably show up and all should be fine.

Pros: DOes what it should do... quick... what more is there to say? Plug it in and go!
