Horrible Squeal / Squeeking when scrolling

Thermaltake TR2 TRX-750M 750 W ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
Thermaltake TR2 TRX-750M 750 W ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Cabling is easy to deal with.

Cons: This power supply has a horrible horrible squeal when scrolling (for instance, the nice emails that NewEgg sends with things on sale). It sounds like someone threw some screws into a very tiny transmission and when I scroll I get to listen to it grind away. This power supply supposedly should be enough for a 6-core system with a Gigabyte 5870 vid card and 2 hard drives. I've tried different configurations for the 2 power plugs on the vid card, they were using the 2 red sockets on the power supply but I also tried plugging into the black ones. I have also isolated this to make sure it is in fact coming from the power supply (and not the video card or motherboard). I have also unplugged any speakers, etc., - it is coming from the power supply - ugh! put together a system, (the first of 5 I'm putting together for my office) thought it was all working fine, sadly threw away the power supply box and now I can't exchange/return it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Thermaltake TR2 RX W0146RU 450W ATX12V Ver2.2 Modular Passive PFC PFC Power Supply
Thermaltake TR2 RX W0146RU 450W ATX12V Ver2.2 Modular Passive PFC PFC Power Supply

Pros: quiet, flexible wiring is convenient.

Cons: HORRIBLE squealing noise when I scroll mildly complicated web content ... for instance, the NewEgg email adverts - just scroll it and this power supply makes a noise like someone threw some screws in to a tiny transmission. I have isolated the noise to the power supply - it's not from the Video Card. Both PCI power supplies for the Video card (Gigabyte 5870) are plugged into the red plugs on the power supply (2 6-pin PCI) also tried plugging it into different plugs on the power supply as well as using the 2 6-pin cables that are hard wired to the power supply. 750W with 2 hard drives and a SINGLE high end card isn't enough? I'm looking at building 5 more similar systems and I would like to have used Thermaltake but obviously I can't be delivering systems that can't scroll quietly. So, for the questions that might come up, yes, updated the latest video bios for the Gigabyte - did same noise both before and after
