Overall Review: For not being a fan of Ontrac as a carrier ... They really have stepped it up with delivering product quicker... Past experience with them saying they delivered product when clearly its been STOLEN off my front porch I now can say I have cameras to catch those ....... who try to pickup my stuff. I'm 100% honest about product when received but I took a lose recently of $220 of computer equipment that never arrived due to Ontrac's delivery of them saying it was on the front porch when in fact it never got here. I'm willing to give this another shot. Newegg.com is at fault as well. Last chance!

Overall Review: Others have noted the system will not work with Windows 8.1. I was successful at installing Windows 8.1 64 Bit as well as Windows 10 Home. Be sure to check for updates when you have fully installed your OS. Go to the manufacturer's site for driver updates.
