Very fast and runs cool

Pros: 12 "processors" with hyper-threading. This machine is used for development and I typically have multiple instances of Visual Studio (Ultimate) open, multiple instances of SQL Server Management Studio, plus MS office, etc. etc. I have excellent response time (as in instant) and the machine runs amazingly cool. (It is in Dell workstation) Also, this single CPU system runs faster than my previous dual 3.3g Xeon CPU system. (Sorry, I can't remember the model number.)
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Few of the high-end Xeon processors come with a heatsink and fan. In my opinion, it is unrealistic to give a product one egg for that reason - especially if you have not even used it.
Works as advertised - easy to set up

Pros: This replaced my Dual XEON server that was used for file sharing, and ran a VM for a domain controller for DNS and AD. Unit is much quieter than the server it replaced and was easy to configure. It also is easy to add additional drives as you need them.
Cons: - none - it works like it should and I have had no problems.
Overall Review: Would I buy it again? - Yes
WOW!!

Pros: Installation was very simple and very straight forward. Supplied utility clones existing drive with very little effort. Everything you need is in the kit. Speed is amazing. Boot time on my several year old laptop went fron several minutes to a few seconds! (Saved me from buying a new laptop.)
Cons: It is expensive compared to a mechanical drive. (However mechanical drives can't come anywhere close to the performance of an SSD.)
Overall Review: The kit supplies an external case for the old drive so you can still use it via a USB port. Because of my positive experience with this SSD, I am thinking of using SSD drives in my next desktop machine.
