Pros: As many have said, this is the best i7 out there for the money that also has a good graphics card. I got mine in 3 days, thank you NewEgg! So far I have no problems at all. The price is great and in the end the bargain was too good to pass up. I researched for weeks looking for the perfect deal and for my 1k this was it. It has the same processor and video card as the base alienware m15x, but 600 bucks cheaper. Ive installed several DX9.0c games, but they arent really a challenge and they all run smooth on highest settings.

Cons: The usb's are in a dumb spot. The bloatware needed to be uninstalled. The resolution could be better. The hard drive could be faster. All these are very minor compared to how happy I am with all the other aspects of the laptop.

Overall Review: Someone else wrote in their review that Sims 3 doesnt support the GT 240M. Thats because the GT 240M wasnt out when Sims 3 was released. It installed and ran great for me at highest settings.

Pros: Works exactly as described. Installed in a snap. No issues so far. Ran a windows Mem test and it passed with flying colors. Price was very reasonable and delivery was fast as it always is with NewEgg Lenovo Ideapad Y550P
