Surprisingly Useful
Pros: I never had one or even thought of getting one before, but it was on sale for like 5-6 dollars, so i said watev im gonna get it. Keeps my mouse wire out of the way and the springs allow for much movement across my mouse pad. Pleasantly surprised.
Cons: Does not like mouse wires that are braided with cord. Can be a bit of a chore getting it to stay in the notches on the thing.
Overall Review: I wouldn't pay more than 10 dollars for this thing tho.
It was alright from the start and just sort of went down hill from there
Pros: got a good deal on it.
Cons: see other thoughts
Overall Review: When I was thinking of purchasing this drive, I was reading the review section reading about how not to buy hitachi drives cause they crash and die and do all those horrible things. I thought to myself, "oh that won't happen to me, those are probably just isolated cases. Im sure im gonna get one that works great!". I was warned about it and ignored everyones warnings about hitachi drives. Now im paying for it. uggh, save yourself the trouble everyone, just go and get another brand. I would happily pay another 50 dollars more to have a drive that actually functions properly.
Pretty good
Pros: Feels very comfortable in my large hand. I like the weight system that comes with it. I enjoy a heavy mouse. Can add max 28g to the mouse. The sliders underneath feel very nice sliding on a mouse pad, cloth. Probably not a good idea for hard solid surfaces. The Mouse cord is very durable. It scrolls nice, its not too loose but its not too difficult to scroll either. Its good after you use it for a bit.
Cons: The 'custom' LEDs are not that impressive. It is customizeable, but its only three tiny little lights on the top of the mouse. I thought it would be brighter and more of them on the mouse. Not enough to take an egg off tho for aesthetics stuff.
Overall Review: It would look a lot cooler if they added more leds. Cant say much about the use of the other buttons that you can program, Im not in to that kind of stuff. But from what I've tested out on the software to see if it even worked at all, it does there's lots of possiblities you can add to each button.
Very Pleased
Pros: Works right out of the box, I just plugged it in and win7 downloaded all the drivers automatically and it started working immediately. I haven't noticed any lags or limits but, thats only due to my slow <1mb connection. I paid less than ten dollars for this, I would have gladly paid twenty.
Cons: none
HUGE, fits anything and everything you want
Pros: not much to say, just look at the description of this thing. Sucks up large components with room to spare. The drive bays are great, the internal Hard Disk space is very nice aswell. So much air flow! Looks great, very manacing.
Cons: oh and for those who use the Crosshair V formula, the cutout for the cpu is not big enough to just leave in if you ever needed to change cpu cooler and what not. Im not sure if its just for this mobo or all ATX sized mobos, but man that was a pain. It covers up the 2 bottom screws for the mounting brackets.
Overall Review: wish some of the plastic parts were metal, like the psu wire cover. and other stuff like that. All in all very nice case, I got it cause i know it will last me for many years to come no matter what parts i put in it.
Keeps it cool with a very cool price
Pros: Got another fan installed on it now Idles around 30C Fan it comes with is ok, but 2 is better. Great Price for what temps you get in return.
Cons: Can be a bit of a pain to install, but not enough to take an egg off
Overall Review: Some people might have trouble fitting this with their ram. You do have the ability to raise the height of the fans if it is an issue but at the cost of air flow loss through the fins of the sink. Specs: Crosshair V Formula FX-6100 (not overclocked...yet) HAF-X 2x DDR3 GSkill RipjawX
