This review is from: MSI DS502 USB Connector Circumaural Gaming Headset
Pros: Not impressed. At first, they would not work until i restarted the computer, and careful disabled certain features in windows safe mode.
Now, as of a few hours ago, the right side of the headset failed, making them nearly worthless, no way to get the 7.1 surround sound.
Cons: First things first.
unless you are operating windows 10, you cannot use these straight out of the box. You have to restart your system, load up safe mode and disable security protocols on your usb ports for the headset to even be recognized. Next, while still in safe mode, you have to run and install the micro disc they send you with software.
After just over 3 months, the speakers shorted out on the right side, making them worthless, because you cannot get surround sound anymore, and the base no longer works.
Other Thoughts: I will no longer ever recommend this product or any product by MSI. For over 2 decades, my father and I have both purchased MSI because we never had issues. The last 2 years have been absolute garbage. Terrible customer support, Shoddy products that short out less than 6 months out of the box. Tried calling customer support, as they shorted out a hour or so before the customer support was being shown to go offline, and I am hung up on constantly by the support staff, most likely because they do not want to actually do their jobs and answer the phones.
Not really a surprise with this company, as its from China, and just about everything from China is garbage.
This review is from: SUPERMICRO CSE-502L-200B Black 1U Rackmount Mini Server Chassis 200W
Pros: The case is clean looking, strong and well built. Everything an itx server needs to be.
Cons: The Case only supports custom motherboards from Supermicro. the I/O plate in the back is a permanent fixture and not standard to any other ITX motherboard, despite what it says on their website.
Other Thoughts: i wont be buying anything from Supermicro again based on this purchase. It states clearly it was supposed to made for the Intel Atom Motherboard/CPU combo, but what it does not say is that it will only fit Supermicro's Combo, which are 200 dollars a piece from yet another supplier to them.READ FULL REVIEW
