Pros: Faster than my 6800GT( not by much though in some game's) stay's cool in my case 45C max load.

Cons: I had to flash Bios, fan was stuck at 43% all the time. No thermal throttleing. sofar no artifacting, card came clock at 470/1100.

Pros: HIGH airflow

Cons: LOUD!!!!! at 100% RPM
