This review is from: GIGABYTE USB 3.1 Add-on Card Model GC-USB3.1
Pros: After a near disastrous experience with a competitor's product, this card has been nothing but solid. It is compatible with USB 2.0 and 3.0 products, but I don't have any 3.1 devices to verify that functionality. Does not require external power to drive it.
Cons: None so far!
Other Thoughts: I tried to use the Blackbird MX-1 card, but it fried three or four devices before I realized that this card was not going to cut it. I even replaced that card thinking I had a bad card - but it had the same kind of results.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This is the second one of these lamps I've purchased. I like the fact that there is a battery built into the base of the lamp which allows for a quick disconnect for use elsewhere when you need light for a project. Like the white color, and the touch sensor has a small red LED light so you can see it in the dark. It has three brightness levels, and the highest is perfect for most activities on my desk.

Pros: + LCD Touch screen (with stylus)
+ Easy to setup
+ Rourter or Wifi Range Extender
+ Average to good signal (at distance)
Cons: - NTP Service was sketchy in my area. Not HomeScreen's fault, but that is one of the reasons
I bought it for. NTP is hardcoded, and HS needs to add manual settings to the setup.
- 5Ghz is a bit weak at a further distance. In the same room is great, but drops down to one or
two bars in other rooms. 2.4Ghz works great however!
Other Thoughts: I have not configured this as a router (I already have a top tier router installed). I am using
this as a range extender exclusively.
