Pros: it works, installed in an old powermac g4 with 10.3 and 10.4, wouldn't work in 3, but works fine in 10.4 (after software update)

Cons: none really, simple to install, cheap... yeah, none.

Overall Review: I bought this for a new build i'm working on, haven't had a chance to install it in that yet, decided to test it on this mac, and it works fine.
