Pros: In the first 6 - 7 months this adapter worked great. Very fast to connect and had great speeds. I also really like the stand it came with
Cons: Now that I've had it for a while it is suddenly dropping WiFi constantly. It will happen right in the middle of videos or even just page browsing. I have to unplug the device and then plug it back in to get it to work. Sometimes it takes multiple tries to get it to pick up WiFi networks again. And then it is only a matter of time until it drops again, sometimes just 5 minutes later. Very annoying and unreliableREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: GELID Solutions Slim 12 UV BLUE 120mm Case Fan
Pros: Normally I don't review fans but I see some reviews I want to clear up. First, this fan doesn't come with LEDs, so its not supposed to light up... there is a model that comes with them; it costs a little more. The fins are supposed to be UV reactive I guess, but the fan doesn't have any light source itself. Beyond that, I am quite impressed with how quiet this fan is. I was worried that a slimmer fan might have more motor whine to it, but it is quite quiet. The airflow is great too, working as well as a regular sized fan (I mean it's no scythe gentle typhoon, but it moves as much air or more than a stock case fan). There aren't very many options on the market for a slimmer fan, but thankfully this one is working well.
Cons: Yes I agree it is a bad design that the screw holes are designed to only mount this fan as an exhaust. If you need a slim fan as an intake, you can still use this one by hitting up your local hardware store. Just get some screws and bolts and do a bolt-through mount. Individual misc. pieces from the store are usually 8 - 10 cents a piece. Your standard computer screw is #6 32-threading if you want to stick with the standard (or if you are mounting this to a radiator like me).
Other Thoughts: I was putting a cooler master H60 in a Lian Li PC-Q08. I needed a slimmer fan for the radiator. This works perfectly.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: I have been running these sticks at 2133 for over a month with no errors. I have used G-skill products before and have always had good results. I once even had to deal with their customer service (not for this product in particular) and it wasn't a nightmare.
Cons: Well as usually they didn't default to 2133. It was either 1333 or 1600. But a quick change from "auto" to 2133 solved that in my BIOS. And the best part was I didn't have to tweak the voltage. I've had to do that in the past.READ FULL REVIEW
