I hate forearm/wrist workouts so much.
Pros: Very simple and easy to get going. It's actually *fun* to use, and now I don't feel the need to incorporate annoying forearm and wrist exercises into my circuit. When this thing really gets going (solid blue LEDs) you will really feel the burn, if not the next day, then the day after that. After a week of use I can already feel my grip increasing which is excellent.
Cons: My only regret is not picking up the other version with built in LCD reader that shows you historical high speeds and times you. Other than that, nada.
