Pros: paired these with two Rosewill RCX-Z80-AL CPU Coolers and now my loud tyan s2881 (socket 940) server is a quiet workstation.

Cons: could be cheaper. they actually were at a certain b&m store but i chose newegg for convenience.

Overall Review: if you have server mb you want to use as a workstation, don't settle for the server CPU Coolers. They will be LOUD. buy these and pair with a moderately sized cpu cooler instead. the price will be the same.

Pros: cheap. as quiet as my antec 430w. has the 8 pin eps cable required by my tyan s2881 mb. powers dual opterons (95w apiece) just fine.

Cons: documentation, including power effeciency is non-existent. no reviews anywhere. 24 pin cable is SHORT (half the length of my antec). if you aren't mounting the ps above the mb and if the mb 24 pin port isn't by the ps then choose another ps.

Overall Review: it's only been a week. if this ps lasts this will be the deal of the century. 22 bucks well spent.

Pros: read about the sd** firmware issues but decided to take a chance anyway. received two drives with the cc1g firmware! didn't bother to upgrade. running raid1 on an intel ich9 controller. no issues. drives are quiet.

Cons: newegg packaging is suspect...but i've never had a hdd fail because of it.

Overall Review: take a chance. these drives are the best value.
