Pros: I heard that the backplace can have bad electric wiring... well good news, it seem that this if fixed. I got 6 backplaces with wirrten on it 2013-26. They were all wired correctly. However, no more redundant molex connector, only 1 connector. There's space in it and can handle every type of motherboard plus also regular ATX power supply.

Cons: Doesn't come with a manual - I have a lot of pieces that I do not know what to do with it. The USB cable to powerup the 2 fronts USB connectors is not long enough to reach my motherboard internal USB port - I had to build a USB extender.

Overall Review: The 4 middles fans were less bad then what I tought they were going to be. I still suggest to changes them for 120mm. The wiring on the fan look old taught (they do not seem "like-new"). They are working.

Pros: I have this drive running since 2002. Still show 0 relocated sector and running very smooth in my server (as a router). Highly recommended drive.
