Pros: It was cheap and arrived pretty quickly, but what is the point? It doesn't work without a functioning remote.

Cons: The remote provided with this refurbished Roku does not work. And the Roku is not usable without the remote. This product is not refundable so I get to exchange this for another unit. From all the negative reviews lately, Newegg will probably send me one with yet another Roku with a broken/incompatible remote. Avoid this refurbished Roku at all cost.

Cons: I brought Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands Deluxe Edition and tried to redeem it on Uplay. Instead of getting the Prince of Persia Sands of Time with my Deluxe Edition of the Forgotten Sands, I received two regular versions of the the Forgotten Sands. ehhh... I contacted Uplay for support but it was a waste of time. First, they claimed Sands of Time is not a Uplay enabled game. Then, they claimed I didn't buy the Deluxe version of the game. This is a waste of time/money. If you want this game, buy it on steam/console.
