DELL Desktop Computer OptiPlex 380 Dual Core 2.70GHz 2GB DDR3 160GB HDD Windows 7 Home Premium (Microsoft Authorized Refurbish)

Pros: Pros, arrived quickly, and for the price cannot beat it anyday anywhere....even if it burned up after about 6 months to a year. It is a fast little unit for its build. I bought it for work use as a shop tool. looking online and using service manuals for repairs. Works fast and efficient. cannot complain. Would have bought two if it was a 64 bit OS that it came with. but for work use. who cares. cheap and does its little job.

Cons: None for the purpose I use it for. The only cons are the little perks like the mouse and keyboard. the keyboard lasted about ten minutes and either the chord went bad were it connects inside it. or it just quit. kept hooking up and disconnecting when I wiggled the chord. VERY CHEAP both. but mouse still works. lol. I have like 10 extra keyboards so not a loss. Mouse now you have to click it hard or twice to get it to work. but again....work computer.

Other Thoughts: The tower and layout with OS and as cheap as it was, Dell and all. Duo core. quick, responsive, does its job. so far no failiures or glitches. I am a happy customer. And bought my fiance a home version of a 380 optiplex 2.93 ghz 64 bit OS win 7. And popped some ram in it and it zips along. So I like them for the price and may buy another down the road. So far so good. but only been a month or so. (Again super cheap mouse and keyboard here to) but now they rest on the pile of backups lol.

LOGISYS Computer BETA 400 ST AC4400BT 92mm Hydro Bearing AMD CPU Cooler

Pros: Nice looking, fan color blue, not to noisy for me...I like noise and with all 8 of my other fans running can't hear this one lol. Dropped my cpu temps by 15 to 25 degrees celsius. A substantial drop from my stock cooler.
tight fit but exactly fits my board.
Not to tall
ram fits in there and I have a AS930 rock board with an AMD FX 6300 cpu six core 4.1 ghz and it fit in my mid tower and on the board tight but great.

Cons: if any, the thermal grease that comes with this....come out of the package and into the garbage. come on guys. I see the packaging had a large area were a larger grease used to fit in the plastic mold. And they take that out and put this junky stuff in there. So you NEED to buy a better grease with this cooler, but for the price it is not bad, and grease is cheap.

Other Thoughts: Really cool looking, nice layout, I like the engine block look to it. Almost like a tiny looking motor with a big fan on top. I thought it would not fit in my mid atx tower, with a micro atx board. with all my fans etc... but based on another review, found it would be tight but would fit. He was right, it was tight, and I alos bought a secondary heat grease,( the one that comes with it is pathetic...buy a good one) I layed it on the cpu nice and even like. Had to finess the cooler in there and use a couple demagnatized small screwdrivers to get the clips on, but fit great.
