Pros: The font loading is definitely the greatest feature. Never having to move the coffeemaker to fill is incredible. Best coffee, and I love my coffee, from any machine I have owned. Starbucks look out. Carafe never drips, unless you try to pour too fast, which is a great feature. Even with the b&d, gevalia or mr coffee machines spilled a little when you poured them even slowly. I changed to the paper filters because I didn't like washing the metal one every day. never a problem. No leaks to date. (knock on wood)

Cons: Only two cons I have with this machine. 1. there is no back light on the clock, making it difficult to see. 2. the hot plate warmer is delaminating. or if you wish, the paint is peeling.

Overall Review: I think DeLonghi did a pretty good job with this machine. Perhaps a stronger enamel paint on the warmer and a back lighted clock would make this machine is, in my opinion, be one of the best on the market.
