Overall Review: called the CS and instead of doing an RMA they credited my account so i can get another one right away. I decided to go with a different fan this time. I asked if they wanted me to send back the fan they told me to just throw it away.

Cons: did not come with a spliter so "headset" is useless. it's either a microphone or a headphone. Both quality is subpar.

Overall Review: great product. well worth the price. i needed a wireless headset so i can play games and watch movies while my wife sleep. my old one was dismantled because the kids kept yanking on the wires and eventually the microphone broke then the wires came loose, hence the reason i went wireless. This one there is no need to change the battery. you charge it with the mini usb it comes with and you can use it while it charges. with volume control on the headset and 3 buttons you can macro makes it a plus. now if only the usb key was as small as those usb for the wireless mouse and keyboard it would have been perfect.

Pros: 17 inch screen. i5, 6gb ram. dedicated graphic card. doesn't get hot

Overall Review: needed a laptop for my job to do presentations. wanted a 17 inch screen. the i5 is a decent cpu, 6gb of ram is plenty for a laptop. the best thing so far for me about this laptop is it doesn't get hot like other laptops i have used in the pass. the worst thing is the weight which isn't really that bad considering it's a 17 inch screen.

Overall Review: great mouse. many buttons, i was looking for a wireless mouse that i wouldn't have to constantly change batteries. this one is perfect for my line of work. i can just charge it when not in use with the wall charger and when i go do a presentation i can just pull it out and use it on ANY surface....even glass.

Pros: Touch screen controls, effortless wireless setup, airprints, eprints, subtract 1 egg for loudness

Cons: little loud when printing, doesn't fit much paper in the tray, no auto duplex.

Overall Review: i like it so far, surprised me how heavy it was. 49 POUNDS. the tray doesn't hold much paper but reloading paper isn't really a hassle. no auto duplex printing, but i didn't buy this printer for duplex printing. on the up side, the toner cartridge can be bought for cheap. you can even find some for cheaper than inkjet inks.
