Pros: Very nice quality and built well. Advertised as: READ/WRITE: 700-800 Mbps with about 80, 000 to 100,000 IOPS, Boot time of 8-12 seconds.

Cons: I am only getting about 370 Mbps Read and 267 Mbps Write with a slow boot time of 50 sec. My Samsung SSD 840 EVO is twice as fast.
