Really good board for a fraction the cost!
Pros: If you want a solid board with great bios for easy editing. This is it. I love the overclocking features and I paid a solid price for a PREMIUM board that wasn't some over advertised gaming board.
Cons: I wish there we're fan connected at the bottom :( wishful thinking eh
Should of done more research
Pros: Great cooling features Looks really good and different from all other schemes overclocks nicely
Cons: This con I'm about to list eliminates all Pro's: Sleeping and rebooting issues. I should of done more research on the ASUS forums before purchasing this mobo. This mobo is known to just hard reboot for no reason at all, and if you let it go to sleep, it will not wake up. TONS of complaints on ASUS forums about this. ASUS also has not responded with any response to these people on what they think the problem could atleast be. I'm getting this product in the mail today via UPS 3day. I will be returning it right back to newegg to get the fatality motherboard which is running wonderfully.
Overall Review: dont' waste your time.
Great product as always
Pros: I like at the tops how they put a gun metal G.SKILL over the top of the modules. looks slick.
Cons: Cons? Absolutely zero. BUY THESE!!! Also they are in the Asus Z170-Pro. Although not listed as compatible on g,skill website, they are.
GREAT CARD!
Pros: I wrote a bad review prior and I hope newegg deletes it. I had made a mistake on my end to why the card was not working right. Now that I have the card operational - it truly is an amazing card. Now I am glad I went from nvidia to AMD.
Cons: Wish the fan was external and not integrated into the card. I would have like to put a white corsair on it. Also I have a white and blue theme for my computer. Make the 'RADEON' adjustable now. I had to put black electrical tape over it.
Corsair H80i
Pros: The radiator is very high quality. The radiator has some weight to it telling me they used quality material when building the the cooler. The pump itself operates at ~2200RPM. Keeps my CPU at rouhgly 30-32C. No complaints there.
Cons: Corsair tech support tried to help me through something and has failed. I noticed another review posted the same negative review, so this is obviously a problem that corsair has not addressed. On initial boot up the water pump makes a horrible clicking sound. At first I thought it was a bearing in a fan. It wasn't. The clicking goes away, but the corsair rep said the pump has an initial start up shock which could be causing this problem. Second issue, the corsair link is garbage. It worked once and hasn't worked since. It had some cool features such changing the pump different colors, but now it just blinks red. Thank goodness I am using a black/red theme. Pretty disappointed about the link not working.
Overall Review: However, all and all, the pump works and keeps my stuff cool. Just wish I didn't waste my money on the link software which is clearly just garbage.
Good PSu
Pros: - Silent - Cool - Modular with black sleeved cables
Cons: -None
Overall Review: I don't hear a whine that other people talk about. Maybe if you put it on silent mode? There are two modes on this PSU, Normal and Hybrid mode. Even under normal I don't hear a whine. Overall it has powered my system up just fine. Intel i5-4670K MSi Z87M GAMING Motherboard 16GB PC-2133 G.SKILL eVGA GTX760 Samsung 120GB EVO SSD Corsair H80i with Push/Pull 3 140MM AF140 Corsair Fans. ( so 5 fans overall ) So far no complaints. I truely feel people complain way to much. There is no need to go much higher than a 760W. Even when performing SLi, the AX860 would run most setups. These 1000W power supplies are ridiculous. What are you launching? A rocket to the moon? Save your money and get this beastly PSu and invest your money in a better mob/CPU/Cooling...something! Would buy again!
