Great for Sharing Files
Pros: Small, Easy to use, easy to install, Works very well at sharing files over the network, works great with a Modded Xbox to play media files on multiple devices....
Cons: WRITE speed is a little slow, when you update it just send it over-night. I have not figured out if I can use it as an SMB Share, the unit has its own software, I Just share the drive as an SMB share on my computer Mirror is only raid (raid 1), and slows it down alot...duh, its a SAN not a NAT.
Overall Review: I would buy this product again, the complaints people put are only valid until I played a 4.5 GB ISO on 3 computers and a modded Xbox. works Great. (note in SP2 you must mount it as a Folder and then share the folder) For maximum storage the devices will take 400GB Seagate Drives...Check their HD List before you try it.
Doesn't Work!
Pros: None yet, Doesn't work.
Cons: DOA, STILL Waiting for RMA Replacement from Mfr...It has been 3 weeks.
Lasted 8 Years
Pros: I am just now taking these out of service.
Cons: none
Excellent Upgrade from 8GB
Pros: Works flawlessly, replaced HyperX 1.5v 2X4G in my Clevo laptop. I would recommend this ram for the Intel NUC as well.
Cons: none.
Overall Review: Running Windows 8.1, Primary RAM HOG Apps are Chrome and VMWare Workstation
Perfect Smartphone Companion
Pros: Special ports for iPhone and Android devices (sends a different USB ID to the endpoint device, corrects some issues that you may have with other drivers)
Cons: They could include an iPhone 5 adapter.
Overall Review: If you have ever had a dead phone, or want to go camping, get one. Also, regenerating batteries don't exist, don't forget to charge your charger
Best Monitor By Far
Pros: I am gaming and a network architect and I love this monitor, I can fit exactly 4x720p resolution videos or RDP/SSH Panels, and gaming/movies is awesome. colors still great, quality is amazing.
Cons: Included base is...basic.
Overall Review: Added a Ergatron MX, and later added 2 LG 20" Monitors for a total res of 4360x1600 (1600x900 monitors in portrait on either side) Previous user noted they use a sharpie to cover the LED...there is a softbutton on the left to disable it...sound too.
