Pros: None so far. The computer didn't work when I initially received it, and after a week long trip to California for repairs, it still doesn't work.

Cons: This computer is an expensive paper weight at this point. ASUS repair cannot possibly have tested the computer after their supposed repair, because the same problem exists as when I returned it. The computer won't even boot up completely. Don't want it, but I can't return it without paying an exorbitant restocking fee. Awfully expensive for essentially renting a defective product.

Overall Review: This was my first experience buying a computer online. It will also be my last.

Pros: PC arrived quickly. Tower is big and seems to have plenty of room for upgrading. Other than that, I don't really know, since the unit didn't work. I've spent hours on the phone with ASUS support, and their folks have been very polite.

Cons: PC doesn't work. After initial install, I was directed to create recovery discs, which I did. After that the machine booted to a black screen, and Windows would not load. Restore did not work. A full system reset did not work, and I was given an RMA from ASUS. I tried one more system reset, and the machine worked for about 10 minutes. I uninstalled the on board antivirus software, rebooted, and I was right back to a black screen. ASUS phone support says it's likely an unstable operating system install or a failing hard drive.Either way, I am very unhappy. Looks like my brand new computer will be taking a trip to California for a couple of weeks.

Overall Review: I was really excited about this machine and looking forward to seeing it work. This simply shouldn't happen.
