EVGA 02G-P4-2676-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW LE 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
EVGA 02G-P4-2676-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW LE 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Been gaming with this monster for a couple of weeks now. This is an incredible card capable of running practically any game out there with impressive graphics. Runs whisper quiet even when under load. I ran a benchmark with Unigin HeavenDX11 and the average fps was ~100, and the final score was off the charts compared to equivalent cards. I'll be buying a second one soon for SLO

Cons: It's a very large card, and some motherboard and case combinations might have difficulty accommodating it's size. If you're using a large case with a motherboard designed for large video cards in mind or SLI ready, you'll be just fine.

Most Critical Review

Worked well at first, but quickly bit the dust. (UPDATED)

HGST Ultrastar He8 8TB SATA Internal HDD | 3.5-Inch Enterprise Hard Drive
HGST Ultrastar He8 8TB SATA Internal HDD | 3.5-Inch Enterprise Hard Drive

Pros: Was relatively inexpensive for the size, one of the benefits of a refurb. Large drive for mass storage Speeds were great for a mechanical drive

Cons: Started dying about 6 and a half months after purchase. Shortly after a rash of current pending sector counts and uncorrectable sector counts, games on this drive started randomly freezing and crashing. At 7 months, drive is virtually unuseable. Data recovery from a failing drive can be a painful process. Drive was is refurbished. With that comes the reasonable expectation that failure could occur, so buy at your own risk. Warranty on refurbished drives is not nearly long enough.

Overall Review: If you need a large drive and are willing to take the risk of failure long before expected, this is a great option. If you are going to be backing up data that is difficult or impossible to recover, then go with a brand new drive from a reputable manufacturer. HGST has a solid history, and I blame this failure solely on the fact that it was refurbished. As stated before, buy refurbished drives at your own risk. UPDATE: Contacted the seller (Server Part Deals) through Newegg's Marketplace seller contact. Informed them that the drive was failing as a courtesy in case they had similar drives that could potentially have issues. They quickly responded, offering me a replacement drive despite the warranty being lapsed. I was amazed at their willingness to help me despite my having no claim for any reimbursement or replacement. As a further nod to their professionalism and customer care, they saw that they were out of that particular drive and offered me a newer faster drive (256MB Cache) with no additional cost. A very professional seller with customers in mind!

Lasted about 9 months and were uncomfortable

Gaming Headset Virtual 7.1 Channel Surround Sound USB PC Stereo Headphones with High Sensitivity Microphone LED Light(R8 Blue)
Gaming Headset Virtual 7.1 Channel Surround Sound USB PC Stereo Headphones with High Sensitivity Microphone LED Light(R8 Blue)

Pros: Inexpensive Automatic head adjustment Nice look

Cons: Cheap made Ear cups were uncomfortable to wear for more than an hour at a time No Styrofoam on boom mic, so your S's and P's can really annoy anyone listening Mic died after 9 months Cord is shorter than what most are used to

Overall Review: If you just need a cheap headset to get you through, these will do the job. Don't expect them to last a very long time or be the most comfortable you've ever worn. You're honestly better off with a Turtle Beach or Logictec.

Absolutely beast SSD

SAMSUNG 830 Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-7PC256B/WW
SAMSUNG 830 Series 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-7PC256B/WW

Pros: Great drive at a great price (at the time.) There are less expensive drives out now, but when I purchased this, it was a sweetheart of a deal. Read/write rates are astonishing, and there have been zero issues with stability. Highly recommended.

Cons: None

Great gaming KB, but started having issues after about a year.

Corsair Vengeance K90 Black/Metal USB Wired Gaming Performance, MMO Mechanical Keyboard
Corsair Vengeance K90 Black/Metal USB Wired Gaming Performance, MMO Mechanical Keyboard

Pros: Mechanical keys that feel very substantial and durable. Adjustable key backlighting, 18 macro keys with memory configurations, and onboard media buttons make this a gamer's dream.

Cons: After about one year (of heavy use mind you) a few of the keys started double and triple tapping on single key presses, and a couple keys would not press until pressed several times. Noticed the worst of it in the number pad. Typically I would deduct two or more stars for this, but considering I can rarely find a good keyboard that will last for more than a year of heavy gaming, I just deducted one. The profile software for setting up the macro keys, works decently, but leaves a bit to be desired.

Overall Review: If you're like me and only get about a year or two out of a gaming keyboard, then this one will do dandy. In the end, this model is actually a bit more durable and reliable than most.

Worked out very well

Seagate SV35.6 ST1000VX000 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Surveillance Hard Drive Bare Drive
Seagate SV35.6 ST1000VX000 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Surveillance Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Made a nice secondary drive (I run an SSD as primary.) Read/write speeds are as can be expected. Nothing too fancy, but for the price, a rock solid drive.

Cons: None
