Pros: A really annoying way to maybe get two extra USB 3.0 ports.

Cons: This is an update to my prior review. I was sent a defective unit in which the USB 2.0 ports were in a constant mount/dismount cycle and within a month all other ports failed. I was issued an RMA and was sent another unit in which the USB 2.0 ports are dead out of the box. Based on other reviews this product appears to be a complete dud with severe, persistent manufacturing issues. Our company purchased Rosewill parts historically because they were cheap but functional. Now they are not even functional.

Overall Review: It costs about $10 a pop to return the devices, so after a couple of failed devices it is no longer even valuable to return them. Save yourself the annoyance and select another product.
