Pros: Great speeds on most drives tested, low latency compared to other USB 3.0 drive controllers. Was easily able to get 100MB/s+ on real world tests (non-synthetic).

Cons: Included USB 3.0 cable is very short. Would not reach from the top of my desk to the USB 3.0 ports on my PC (which are about mid-case, in the rear). When the front (2nd) port is exposed unit looses some structural integrate. Fine for light drives (2.5" or any SSD's), but having two larger 3.5" drives may not be such a good idea for long periods of time.

Overall Review: Haven't had any issues getting the drivers up and running automatically on any of the Windows 7/8 systems tested on, other than ones with flaky USB 3.0 controllers. Overall would recommend product when purchased for a good price. Not a bad product, but honestly not the highest build quality. It gets the job done, and that's what matters.
