Good, after modifications.
Pros: It's metal. It's black. It's fairly cheap.
Cons: Most desktop 3.5" hard drives are meant to accommodate screws with large (less) threads. Computer screws usually come in two sizes: ones with larger (less) threads, and ones with smaller (more) threads. For some reason, this bracket has screw holes where a normal hard drive would, but they are threaded to accommodate small (more) thread screws. It seems to me that the bracket should have the same type of threads as a 3.5" hard drive would have; this is the reason I needed the bracket.
Overall Review: It wasn't a big deal for me, because I just re-threaded (with a little elbow grease) the screw holes to accommodate the large (less) thread screws. I just used a spare screw and force threaded it into the bracket.
