Pros: havent tested it yet

Cons: I was thoroughly disappointed after opening the box and seeing all the cables supplied. There were all BLACK! Every power supply I have ever purchased has used color coded wires. That affords the ability to see what wires are what. Why would you they do that. I see no advantage to it. The only benefit I see is for them in that it makes it easier to make and no doubt cheaper. The ironic thing is that on their web page that shows how to use a test jumper the cpu power cable is colored

Overall Review: And getting support is horrendous. They publish an email address support@seasonicusa.net in their "commitment to quality" insert. This DOESNT work. And the email in the user manual supportusa@seasonic.com is also junk. And so is support@seasonicusa.com which they publish on the seasonicusa website. And the email usa@seasonic.com on their seasonic.com contact page is also not working. FOUR emails address that dont work! How bad is that?
