Stellar Switch for the price
Pros: Price, Performance, solid build.
Cons: None
Overall Review: I owned the 5 ports version before. Bought this 8 port because there was a sale. Great little performer!
Ok card
Pros: Meets the Class 10 spec for 10mb/s sequencial write.
Cons: Relatively Slow read speed compared to other class 10 cards. Random write slower than my old Class 6 card.
Overall Review: I will let the number speak for themselves: Adata Class 6 16gb card used: Seq read/write 14.6/5.7 mb/s 512k read/write 14.7/2 mb/s 4k read/write 2.8/0.021 mb/s This card new: Seq read/write 15.3/12.5 mb/s 512k read/write 14.7/1.8 mb/s 4k read/write 2.3/0.015 mb/s Conclusion: make sure you don't delete pictures from your camera. Only format if you want to delete anything or you will start forcing the camera to fragment your files and get horrific write speeds.
Very Unique Case
Pros: All Aluminum. Perfect look. Great for customization and fit for large graphic cards. Best case for air cooling of high end GPUs. Great fan filter design. Gets excellent airflow.
Cons: Tall, Price. Wish it had a top exhaust to fit an extra radiator. The biggest Con I have is the lack of space behind the motherboard for cable management. It forced me to be extra tidy to avoid having the right panel bulge out.
Overall Review: I managed to fit a Tri SLI GTX 580 system with 3 Antec 620 to cool them along with one Antec 920 to cool the CPU. This case is unique for its hard drive modularity, fan filter system and overall configuration. After a few mods, I have 16 SSDs running in it and I even removed the lower hdd cage so it does not obstruct airflow. This case is almost perfect for my project.
Does not run at rated speed.
Pros: None.
Cons: Does even run at 1900mhz with the xmp timings.
Overall Review: I bought these to see how they would measure up to the set of patriot viper xtreme 2000elk but what a disappointment! I tested them at the exact settings as the patriot 9-11-9-27 with all the same sub timings @ 1980mhz and they will boot into windows but can't prime for more than 2sec before crashing. I then tested the xmp profile and manually lowered the clock down to 1900 and they still fail miserably. I don't know how mushkin is binning these sticks but they sure seem not to have done a horrible job.
Great enclosure Fragile tabs
Pros: Works great. The LED is bright and easy to see. Very convenient for installing SSDs in a desktop.
Cons: The ones I received do not match the pictures. The left corner is not beveled but has a right angle instead. As a result it is not matching the other two I already owned. The mechanism is a bit fragile if your drive is stuck.
Overall Review: I would really recommend using it as an enclosure with easy removal and not as a true backplane for which you would need to take the drives in and out frequently.
Works Fine
Pros: Works fine as expected
Cons: None
Overall Review: Came with Micron chips.
