Pros: None... ok cable sleeving looked nice

Cons: Missing a yellow wire on the 2nd fan connector.

Overall Review: Started an RMA with newegg, only to find it was going to cost more to ship it back than I paid to buy it and have it shipped in the first place. I cut a wire out of an old fan and removed the sleeving and fixed it myself but very poor product.
