Pros: Good display, fast, good battery life, Blazing start up time

Cons: Still concerned about quality

Overall Review: This unit initially arrived with 25% of the keys not working. I went to return it but, issues with NewEgg support prevented completing the process on Friday. I let the unit sit for a day and then surprise, the non functional keys started working. I've kept the unit because I like the design but, am very concerned about it failing again. I recommend buyers proceed with caution.

Buy Something Else

Pros: Didn't do any permanent damage to my computer.

Cons: Disabled my external Microsoft Wireless keyboard. After 4+ hours of work to try and fix it, I uninstalled and went to another AntiVirus program. Unless you have time and money to waste, get something else.

Overall Review: So I've been testing a number of packages over the past month and this is the only one that has been a complete and utter failure. Out of the box it disabled my Microsoft wireless keyboard. I did extensive research on the web and in their User Forum and found out this software has some history in creating these types of problems. Being no fix I could find online, I gave in and called the support line. After spending a significant amount of time to prove that this was their problem, I finally made it to tech support. I Then spent many hours going through what I would call problem determination 101. After 4 + hours I'm giving up. If it takes this long to resolve this issue, can I really trust them to protect my computer from viruses? I'll consider the time and money I spent on this one to be a painful lesson to be shared with others so that they don't have to go through it. For those looking for antivirus software - If your technical, consider Kaspersky; if you want a "set and forget" system, look at Norton.

Disaster Disabled External Keyboards

Pros: Bought it on a cheap deal. Beyond that, none. It's disabled my external keyboards so, it's basically unusable.

Cons: Installed this and it disabled my external keyboards. Now I get to wait 25 minutes on hold to talk to a tech to see if there is any fix for this. Strike 2!

Overall Review: I've been testing a number of AntiVirus software programs over the past month (Kapersky, Norton, Spybot, Hitman Pro, Malwarebytes). This has been by far the worst experience of the bunch. It's disabled my external keyboards! I've tried turning protection off but, that has no effect. Given that my current wait time is 25 minutes for support, I can only guess that this is buggy and marginal software.

Pros: Can't think of any. This is my second unit. Both failed within 1 day.

Cons: No Quality. Shipping Junk. I've now had two of these units. The first one had a USB problem straight out of the box (Smelled like it was burning). This one arrived with 25% of the keyboard keys not working. I'm disappointed with Asus and wouldn't recommend them.
