Good quality mechanical keyboard

Pros: -Mechanical (You know this, but if you're coming from a non-mechanical keyboard, it feels wonderful) -Not terribly loud, and can be nearly completely silent if you take your time (if you're trying to be sneaky) -Simple but functional build. No gimmicks like per-key lights (though an overall backlight wouldnt be missed) It's basic and refined. -has media keys and a windows key lock for when you're in games. -comes with wasd caps and replacements for the windows(super) key cap -With the included PS/2 adaptor you can have all keys pressed at once and they'll all register. Even over USB it does better than cheap keyboard with I think 6 keys registered at once. -Uses a very nice braided cable which feel rugged, if a bit stiff at first. -Comes with a tool for easily swapping off key caps.
Cons: -Labels on some of the keys seems a bit hastily done. Text isn't perfectly flat, has a bit of a texture to it that isn't perfect, but completely not noticeable in use. -I like the Quickfire logo replacement Windows key cap, but they only give you one. I think they expect you to use the Cooler Master logo on the other one, but I don't like that logo at all. Wish it came with two of the fire logos. -Font on key labels is a bit too "futurey" for me. But entirely preference. -Braided cable is a little stiff, but I'm sure it'll wear in. -Media keys being combined with Function keys means you have to press two keys to do any of those functions. But this comes with the benefit of keeping the design slim with no non-standard button placements. -The cord is a male to male USB cord, which isn't very common and thus may be annoying to replace if lost. I would have preferred a USB mini cord, but this is probably more rugged.
Overall Review: I'm very happy with this keyboard versus the other options in the same cost range. Sure there are better keyboards, but I think this is the best you'll find at the cost. They did a great job keeping it basic but refined, while still having options. The removable cord is a good feature if you travel with your keyboard. The media keys are a bonus. The replacement caps give you a good amount of choice, and the tool they included was a nice touch. I'm happy.
