Pros: we love this thing. Most of our work is just using a web browser and printing in the office. We replaced a power hungry tower with one of these running ubuntu and KDE plasma. No issues, runs like a champ. amazed at how fast and power this is for its size. We are ordering another one to replace another large tower.

Cons: none worked right out of the box

Pros: perfect for NAS. I don't really need the AI function in the drives they sit in a UNIFI protect set up. I have the 24TB one in my home protect set up and initially it was loud, but it has become more quite since it finished it originally set up. I have 8 of the 8TB drives with no issues. 2 are cold spares. when they go in I'll order 2 more. I take the drives that are out of warranty and typically put them in our 3rd tier backup NAS systems and they seem to live forever. Technically out of "service life" but that doesn't mean I take them offline, I stick them into a lower use environment to live out their days storing old accounting stuff. Nothing as exciting as VIDEO

Cons: Louder than other NAS drives but that is common for surveillance drives in general.

Overall Review: Would totally recommend this for those with surveillance systems. Never once had an issue with them.

Overall Review: had a RAID drive fail. Swapped this one in as a replacement. RAID rebuilt overnight and have had no issues since. The previous drive was over 6 years old so it was time to replace.

Pros: fan controller, plug in, plug in power, attach fans, move dials. Works great. I love that I can actually control fans that typically cannot be controlled well. Also love I can just shut the fan off.

Overall Review: Got this for my home lab. Initially I wanted an enclosed unit but decided that this is going in my home and I don't really have a major security concern so open racking is just fine. Install was a bit of a challenge for me to do solo, but I was also an idiot. I should have just mounted the top section first, then assembled each section afterward hanging from the top. The rack is super sturdy so it would have easily handled the weight of me assembling one item at a time. I do plan to add a rack mount battery backup so having a strong rack was important to me, right now it just supports all my networking switches, router, small NAS and just a really small battery backup. I have another project for a friend and will probably buy this again for his home networking set up.

Pros: I had a NAS drive fail. Was having a battle with the vendor and HDD manufacture about a warranty replacement. I bought this to quickly (new egg shipped it immediately) resolve the issue until I sorted things out with the manufacture and vendor. Still not sorted out after a couple of weeks of back and forth, but good news is this drive is working great.

Overall Review: Would buy it again but maybe in large sizes as I am a data storage fool :)
