Pros: IPS, good pixel density, low cost, very thin bezel, looks good
Cons: After about 2 months the OSD randomly comes up on the screen and the buttons are not responsive or work to close and then they reopen. This makes this monitor unusable. 30 day Newegg Warranty expired so now I need to contact the manufacturer
Other Thoughts: Will re-rate after attempts/fixREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Outstanding performance! Crysis 2 Ultra high res textures, Tomb Raider and Metro 2033 all max settings I am getting 34%-39% higher performance over my HD7970 at 2560x1440 resolution.
Cons: While the blower (fan) is quieter then my 7970 at a given percent, playing games you can definitely hear the fan while not irritating it is there. The current beta drivers OverDrive does not work which will probably be fixed in the near future
Other Thoughts: I was hoping to unlock to a 290x but the GPU is locked (determined by software, no flashing done). So far the card has been rock solid and really no significant issues. I am very tempted to buy another one to CF them. Which will be my first but the number of positive comments from others is getting the best of meREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Lower cost then most with decent timings comparable to other brands at higher cost.
Cons: Would not run at DDR3 2400, Asus Sabortooth 990Fx Rev 1, FX8350 cpu. Tried auto settings and manually set timings per XMP (mobo did not recognize XMP settings). At DDR3 2133 with slower timings than the SPD it would blue screen in Prime95. Volts in auto at 1.65v, never tried higher. Tried OV Cpu-NB with no change in results and numerous other memory settings with no success.
Other Thoughts: I see nothing wrong physically with the ram or packaging, it was shipped promptly by Newegg and RMA in progress. It looks like this ram will not work with my system plan and simple.READ FULL REVIEW
